Geraldine Aselin Helps March of DimesSeatte, WAHere is Geraldine's story...."Well, I couldn't be happier that John L Scott is sponsoring the March of Dimes. I myself spend a lot of time and money for this wonderful organization. I unfortunately was directly touch by prematurity. Isaac and LolaRose, who once in while are in the office with me, pretending to be real estate agent, were born in critical condition weighting just a little over 2 pounds. Isaac had a brain hemorrhage and others complications and LolaRose had to deal with a hole in her heart, respiratory distress...and so on. I got to hold my children for the first time a week after their birth for 5 minutes under "supervision". They were at the hospital for 2 months and a half with many days wondering if they were going to make it. Today, they are doing very well, but I believe that without the March of Dimes, I wouldn't be a proud mom. There is nothing more beautiful that a pregnant woman. But there is nothing more wonderful that a healthy baby. Here is the website of Isaac and LolaRose for the March of Dimes... Also I attached some pictures of them, couple days after they were born (the second picture is LolaRose wearing her father's wedding ring to her elbow). Right now, they are parents in the Intensive Care Unit at Children's Hospital/Swedish..etc going through what a parent never want to go through.
